Hey all. I used the search feature to try to find my answer, but couldn’t nail it completely, so here goes.
If I wake up @ 9am, workout at 10am … I’ve read I should take PD as soon as I wake up. Where does breakfast fit into the equation? How about carbs/protein/fats before the workout? Before PD, I had oatmeal with some olive oil, cottage cheese, and half of a grapefruit before working out.
