After that, do the 5/3/1 BBB 3 month challenge. (higher volume)
After that, do the power look program. (higher intensity)
After that, run the juggernaut program. (higher volume)
After that, do the above template with 5/4/3RM’s (higher intensity)

Shift up the focus. Intensity builds strength. Volume builds mass.

Take a week in between to COMPLETELY rest. Watch what you eat, and get plenty of sleep, protein and water. Take care of your mobility, and keep your conditioning at a acceptable level. It will keep you healthy.

I never said they were. I said focus on one… such as when your conditioning becomes better via doing strength training but it is no substitute to actually focussing on your conditioning
