I’m currently on your Powerbuilding program and I feel great. All the isometrics work is awesome. However the only little problem I have is with my deadlift. I have never done them straight after my squats before and during the previous couple of weeks I haven’t been able to hit the numbers I usually do. I assume it’s because i’m too tired from the squats.
- If this is just a matter of adaptation, should I keep going and trust that my numbers will go up over time even though it doesn’t feel great at the moment?
