Coming back from a torn pec so I have learnt my lesson and am going to take my time with basic progression. Max out Saturday for 1RM calculations

Three friends and I tried the 225 Combine Challenge today

Jared - 282 lbs - 225x38
Rob - 307 lbs - 225x47
Mark - 247 lbs - 225x34
Me - 292 lbs - 225x52

Toasted after that.
First time in a long time had fun at the gym.
