What’s the best range(%) for Squat/Bench,Snatch-hang,Jump Squat-Ballistic bench that corresponding full lift(fullsquat,bench,…)?

I know I posted this already on another thread, and this is off topic, but is there any chance you could pick another name for this forum? I can see the potential for the two of us getting confused in some people’s minds.
