Power to People Modified

Hello. Im thinking about doing the evil russian program for a couple of months.
Now he recommend you doing only the deadlift and the bent press.

If you havent read the book heres a short descriction.

Five reps or lower.

Three to five days a week.

Roughly every other week you top out and de load to a slighly higher weight than you had two weeks previously.

Here is what I was thinking.

Workout 1 Squat and bench
workout 2 Clean & press and deadlift.

three to four days a week. Fives, Tripples and ultimately singels.
