I’m thinking of ordering Pavels book after im done with my current meltdown/cutting cycles. Just wondering if anyone has had success with this program (i.e. gained alot of strength)
Yes, its a good one and I have use the program before with very impressive results.
I agree with Joel. It’s a very informative book, and will really help you understand a lot about strength training. The program works, as well; you will see increases in strength.

I’ll be extremely original and I’ll agree with Joel and John, Pavel’s PtP is great! I got it 2 years ago and I always return reading it again for some forgotten but oh-so great advice.
