Power Snatch for Regular Joe

Hi coach!

I want to ask how You will subscribe progression model and rep schema for someone who just wants to play a little bit with power snatch to be more agile and train some power movements against aging?

I’m not technical efficient with this exercise so I’m afraid to go max. Is there a way to make weight used depended on other exercises for example 80% of Push press? etc.

I just want to bump this up in case CT miss this one?
