I’m going to start adding in the power shrug from the hang for my traps.
If I decide to do them on deadlift day should I do them before deadlifts, or after deadlifts? Or somewhere else you plug these in on deadlift / back day? Thank you

It depends.
I like to do them before deads but that’s only because my lower back get super pumped when deadlifting and stays pumped for about 20 minutes. I wouldn’t be able to do good power shrugs in that state.
Otherwise I would recommend doing them after.
