Power Shrugs from Hang


I bought your strength/size training program.

My first question is, if I want to add power shrugs from hang into that program for good trap development, what day and where in the workout would I put those?

My second question is how does the maximum muscle mass program differ from the strength/size program in the main lift? The reason I ask is because I am thinking about buying that workout also to where I can alternate back and forth between the two.



Maximum muscle mass is similar for the isolation work but doesn’t go heavy on the main lift.

The power shrug should be done when you do deadlifts
