Hi all !I am nearly beginer.I ordered a power rack and at the end of next week I can use it.My goal is strength and I have a PR, barbell and flat bench.I want to train Starting Strength with 3 phase. Is it ok or maybe I train with others ? And after SS which routines I can train ?
Just do this routine first, once it stops working, then you can start thinking about whats next.
