Power of insulin...

I know everyone is sick of reading post that pertains to Massive Eating, but too bad, this one pertains to it too. I was wondering if it matters when you actually eat the c/p and f/p meals in relation to each other. What I have been doing for the past month or so is eating three c/p meals in the beginning to the day, one in the morning, one a few hour later, then I workout, then of course the post-workout meal is a c/p. The last three meals the is eat are f/p. Would it control insulin better if I alternate the meals? I can’t see why it would, in fact the way I see it is the muscles will suck up all of the glycogen if I finish off the day with f/p meals. I maybe wrong, but that is the way I am interpreting it. Can anyone shine some light on the subject? I’m new to understanding the power of insulin…

I’ve seen many different ways of doing it…The only constants are to have a c+p postworkout and the last meal of the day should be a p+f…Other then that you can play around with the timings.
