Is anyone in here familiar with "power Nutrition"?
If so, do you think that this diet type is appropriate for all athletes?
Is it correct that the diet follows the thinking of "More-muscle equals less fat no matter the weight"?
I was thinking about it, if an athlete could follow this approach if he wants to get and/or stay lean. I mean 3 whole eggs omelet with low fat cheddar cheese sprinkled on top, 2 pieces of flax toast, 1 cup low fat joghurt and an apple don't sound like a real stay lean approach?!
