I am currently doing the Complete Power Look Training program. Due to work and personal stuff I was totally unable to weight train, in those 2 week hiatus I was just able to go out 2 times and did some bike sprints
I finished week 8 before the hiatus; the question is how do I complete the program? Would it be wise to re-star from week 6, or how do I resume training?
