Question on tempo for the the assistance exercises… What tempos are good for each of the days?
Also what program do you recommend to do for hypertrophy work for a month between the power look program… Also as arms a weak link for me, would doing hypertrophy work for a month specialising on arms be a good method each time between the power look program? Or to much on the arms?
Is there a specialised arm routine that I can follow for a month?
