Power Look Program - C&PP

Hey Coach,
What’s your opinion on cleaning every rep of the push press on your complete power look program? Perhaps even cleaning the military press and the power jerk, it will allow to handle heavier weight (I think) and it’s a good practice of the movement (isn’t it?).
Just would like to hear your opinion.
Thanks in advance and I love your work here!

I find that when I clean the weight first, the press or push press is more solid afterwards. HOWEVER when doing higher rep sets it will hurt your performance because you tire out more quickly, this is especially true for the push press in which you need your legs on both the clean and push press.

1,2 or even 3 reps on the clean & push press is fine. But when you go to 4, 5 and 6 fatigue accumulates fast and decrease performance.
