I’ll give you the same answer as I gave you in the Batista thread.

Pro Wrestlers are like NFL players: they are born with great genetics. And most of them are former college athletes either in football, basketball or wrestling. So they 8-12 years of solid performance training behind their belt.

What they are doing now to “look the part” probably doesn’t have much to do with making them more athletic because they already have the athletic/strong/powerful aspect developed due to 10 years of high performance training.

So if you want to be like them:

  1. Be born with great genetics
  2. Train like a high performance athlete for 10-12 years
  3. Then train 3-5 years to maximize your look
