Just finished reading two books, Power Factor Training and Static Contraction Training Both by John Little and Pete Sisco. Just curious if anybody has read these books and has an opinion on the training methods in them? It all sounds good, but why have I never heard of this type of training before? No range of motion and up to six weeks in between work outs, sounds a little far fetched to me! Anyway I would like some feedback from people who have read the books in question.
