Hey CT, what type of general training routine do you like to implement for athletes like mixed martial artists and grapplers that need to develop the ability to be carry out repeated efforts of explosiveness and strength over a time period? Ive always been naturally explosive, but endurance has always been a weakness of mine.When im fresh even the more experienced guys have a hard time with me, but once i start to fatigue things go downhill quickly.
