I’ve been experimenting with Power Drive over the past month, And I must Say that this is being to be my favorite supplement.
I handle stimulants very well,and Spike really does’nt do a whole lot for me.
That being said - I started using Power Drive pre-workout about 45 minutes before , First workout I did 365lbs on incline barbell presses for 3 reps, I had struggled to do a single at this weight. Mind you , I’m not a good presser, so I was pretty exited.
I’ve continued using the pre work out dose plus 10gr of BCAA with a half serving in Surge post workout.
Also use a half serving before bed with the 10g BCAA and 5 grams creatine.Off days I use afull seving with The BCAA/creatine combo in the morning.
The workouts have been amazing and I have begun to really harden up. The best thing about this is I am cutting , and on less then 50g of carbs a day, and my strength is increaseing.
I have always used BCAA’s in a similiar fashion and same type of diet parameters,I contribute the success to the Power Drive doseing/cns recovery.
