How long would you guys seperate your power drive from when your going to bed?
Would you use Power Drive for a night training session?
And if you were training twice a day, do you think it would be better to use your surge with your strength workout, or your hyperthrophy workout, or would this depend on primary goals? Of course i would like to use my surge for both sessions, but that would get rather expensive.
But i will be doing core exercises in the AM, and assistance exercises in the PM. I had origanaly planned to use surge for my AM training, and Power drive and a homemade postworkout drink in the PM.
