I read that article. When he talks about the physical part he mentions the following:
"Can probably improve physical performance via an increase in work capacity and maximal oxygen consumption."
"Can, anecdotally at lease, cause a rapid but transient increase in strength."
Now, a few people on the board have posted that their workouts are better with Power Drive. This was why I bought the supplement. So far I have not seen any change in my workouts. Like I said, however, I may have purchased it for the wrong reasons.
