There is nothing in Power Drive that would interact with creatine. The only thing that would inhibit creatine uptake would be caffeine, and possibly by taking it with a high fat meal. Simple sugars and sodium will help shuttle the creatine into the muscles. It is recommended to take creatine after working out, as the exercise would up-regulate glucose transporters on muscle cells. This coupled with the recommended post workout drink/meal that is high in simple cabrs and fast-acting protein (such as whey) will provide enhanced creatine uptake post workout.
