Would using power cleans in a max strength phase make any sence or would they only be useful in a power phase?
Do you need to do them all the time so techinque doesnt go to shit and/or detraining doesnt occur.
Does this fit in with diagonal summation peridization as Mr Staley puts it???
How do I incorporate them into a programme?
