Power Clean Form Check

Hey guys,

Just learning/practising power cleans and just unsure on my form. Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated. Ive slow motioned the video so its easier to see.

First of all, don’t automatically slow down the video!! We usually want to see the regular speed for very specific reasons.

Second, you don’t touch the body AT ALL!! You should be brushing the thighs as you transition into the second pull, and you don’t do this. Bar is too far away from you, so work on keeping it closer!!
