Power Clean Form Check-Help with 3rd Pull

Hi all,
trying to fix my power clean form. learned the classic reverse curl way. was able to get a little couching and learned to use my hips better, but looking at the video im pulling with my arms and not getting full hip extension + im kicking my legs out. not sure how to fix all that? trying to keep the weights light for a bit till i can figure this all out.
