Power Breathing



I just read Ab Training From the Inside Out (http://www.T-Nation.com/readTopic.do?id=459227) and it seem interesting.

Will it really improve muscle tone? (I thought it could only be done by lowering your fat % and getting rid of excess water in your body)

Will it really give me a flat stomach? (my stomach seems to jump out sometimes - no I'm not fat)




When I was younger my dad taught me to hold my stomach in tight and to keep the chest up. basically it improves you're inner stomach strength, great for lifting heavy weights if you know how to use it. Also it reduces your waistline I can push out my stomach and suck it in for a difference of over 6". And it probably would help tone.
