Hey guys, just wanted to share some of my first training videos of the new program I'm running leading up to my meet. All of my programming and nutrition is handled by Cliff Wilson of Team Wilson Natural Bodybuilding. I've been lucky enough to work with him and learn under his mentoring. It should be a really successful meet!
