When it comes down to pure BCAAs or pure Creatine Monohydrate, i found it easier to just take the capsules. Besides the money issue of the capsules being more expensive, are there any health differences for taking capsules vs powder in a drink?
I doubt any health differences, but I heard powder is absorbed better and more quickly.
True as it is, powders are absorbed much more efficiently since there is no need to break down the caps the actual supp is in.
But if you don’t feel like mixing powders (like during night time supplementing) then pills might be a better way to go.
