Powdered Form of ZMA

Hi all… Does anyone have any suggestions of a powdered form of ZMA. I have the ZMA from Biotest but to be honest I have alot of trouble swallowing the pills. That type of pill just gets stuck in my throat and burns for about 45 mins. If I swallow it using applesauce it goes down (which is what I do for pills during the day that are coated like that, BCAA, HOT-ROX, etc…) At night I would just prefer to put some powder on my tongue and drink some water.

just open the pills and get the powder out

That is what I am going to do with my remaining pills, but I would prefer not to have to do that in the future if possible
