Even though powders creatine, glutamine, and bcaa’s are better absorbed, aren’t capsules much more convenient?

if you’re looking for convinience goto a drive thru…if you’re looking to see results go with what works, most supplements in powder form tend to be more effective but obviously capsules will work (i always use powdered supplements if available) they may just not work as well.
