Posture Tips

So, i’ve been reading up on posture lately because it’s good for my core apparently. But, i’ve read some articles, all though it probably wouldn’t hurt to skim em over.

I was just wondering how my feet should be positioned. Like should they be touching, or a few inches apart. And also, is crossing my legs bad?
Feel free to throw in some tips which could be useful also. Thanks.

Dont thinkn JUMP land lokm at feet there you go great natural foot placement for squats etc
