Postural Drill For Office Workers

Does anyone remember reading about some posture drill for office type workers that was written about on here somewhere?
It was something like sitting on the edge of your chair and allowing your palms to face forward, retracting the scapula, and putting the heels underneath the knees, blah blah.

I just got a job that involves sitting in probably the shittiest office chair ever and I would like to find that drill for the benefit of me and my fellow employees.
