Interested to know where everybody goes after a hard training session for a solid meal when they dont feel like cooking? I usually factor this into the 10% dietary non-compliance (Berardi).
I usually hit up a local Japanese/Hibachi type place for chicken/white rice/zucchini in teriyaki sauce. Only fits into my macros/diet on training days. Unfortunately they f-ed up today and gave me fried rice instead of steamed.
