Can any give me any suggestions on post workout options.

While I'm here is it ok to take surge after a protein shake? Thanks

If you've got Surge I'm not sure what you're asking. You'll not need to take in a protein shake post-workout if you have Surge.

Hey Roc,

You've got surge! what then is the problem? It's designed to be optimal for PWO nutrition so take it as directed.

Use it, I wish I could afford the stuff but it's $100AUS per container.

The other option is your protein powder with maltodextrin in a 1:2 ratio.

Remeber if you are doing this to lose fat to skip the milk and use water instead.

Wouldn't your best bet however be..

Workout..
Take surge! P+C
Have a P+C meal with starchy carbs.

Those would be your last meals of the day 5 and 6.

Surge = post workout shake
Grow = Meal replacement shake

No surge yet, but I think I may have to purchase it.
