Currently, I am taking 40g of dextrose, 40g of maltodextrin, and 40g of a blend of proteins (whey isolate, micellular membrane casein, and a hydrolyzed whey). I’m looking to switch over to Surge or even Metabolic Drive Complete (but then add some simple carbs).
What parameters do you guys use for post-workout nutrition? I’ve read, and currently use, .8 g/kg bodyweight for carbs, and .4 g/kg bodyweight for protein. Any input would be appreciated.
