Post-Workout Nap?

I have had a strange experience and i’m not entirely sure what is causing this. Basically, after the past few workouts, i’ve been feeling so tired after my shower and dinner that i’ll just take a nap for about an hour.

The thing is, I’ll wake up EXTREMELY hot…i’d feel this way for about an hour after the nap two…(so that’s about two hours of a really high body temperature?)

I just thought this was interesting and if anybody else had similar experiences. My training is the same, same weights, short intervals, etc…just the added nap.

do you take a post-workout shake with a lot of carbs? most likely, so I would guess it is the insulin crash that ensues about an hour later… I get this too, but I usually prevent myself from napping for schedule purposes…
