Post workout meal

Personally, I head over to a Red Lobster and have a Lobster Pizza with some Mountain Dew and a Bahma Mamma. Excellent P+C+F+A(lchol) meal. Then I go home and skeet, skeet, skeet all over the walls.

Damn! I need start training (Ok, post workout) with the likes of Loopfitt and IL Cazzo.

One of my last chocies for a PWO cereal would be frosted flakes. sugar is made of glucose and FRUCTOSE, meaning that half of it will go to replenish liver glycogen instead of ur muscles. Also, believe it or not, Frosted Flakes is one of the lowest GI cold cereals out there. The sugar coating prevents the corn flake from gelatinization. Try plain corn flakes or Rice krispies, they have a higher percentage of starch (form of glucose) so it will go mostly to ur muscles. Also, their GI is EXTREME.

Personally, i like to eat some Sweet Tarts :slight_smile: Pure glucose and Maltodextrin.
