Post workout meal #2: Whey and Fish Oils?

While the first meal post workout needs immediate absoprtion…a question to ponder…

What about splitting up the post workout hydrolyzed whey protein into 2 servings…

Take first one immediately after workout with dextrose, etc…

20 minutes later…Take the other half of hydrolyzed whey with 5 grams of fish oil to promote healing and muscle building…

Thoughts?..
