I've been getting kinda bloated and weighed down from my PWO shakes so I wanted to try something different:
40g waxy maize
I feel great afterwards, but am I just deluding myself and should get some more aminos from EAA or whole proteins?
I also heard that while using higher molecular weight carbs, you should use already broken down protein or you raise the weight of the mixture (hence the aminos)
Any help would be great!!!!
