Post-workout drink

What should be the hydralization grade in an
optimal post-wotkout drink Tim recommended?

Accoring to Antohony Almada, he recommend that it should be 5.5. Sorry I dont know where I read that. It difficult to find good quality hydrolyzed protein besides it’s freaking expensive. I stick to ion-exchanged whey pro-isolate in my postwout- meal. Othervise I mix both,milk and whey.
