It doesn’t matter when you take creatine. Just get at least 5 grams in. Don’t over do it. I think post workout is best imo.

Ok, I have been taking it Pre-workout I’ll switch that up. Thanks for the advice guys. Ill make sure I am getting the 5grams post.
