I like to do about 30 minutes of low intensity cardio after lifting, and I do my HIIT at a different time. Should I be taking my shake right after lifting then do some cardio, or is it cool to lift, immediatly do the post-workout cardio, and then have my shake? thanks
I always drink my shake after every aspect of my workout is finished. 1/2 serving Surge during lifting, just water during cardio, 1/2 serving Surge after cardio.
The research that John has present seems to suggest that consuming the shake and then doing the cardio is A-okay.
