Post Workout Carbs

Whey and malto is the cheapest option for me. Works out as �?�£0.30-0.40 per serving.
Cheaper than gatorade powder, chocolate milk, pop tarts, and tuna/orange juice is just about the most expensive option for me.
Whey + banana or some rasins will do.

EDIT: I might switch to SteelyD’s blood + creatine idea.

Seriously though, what is the difference between cola and any other sweetened beverage, aside from the bubbles? I know there are some claims about the carbonation depleting calcium but there’s not a lot or any evidence for that but assuming that’s not what your referring to, how is cola so sinister next to juice/iced tea/powerade/gatorade? It’s all just sugar water isn’t it?
