Post Workout Carbs II

Two questions that need answers. 1)I got maltodextrin from my local wine maker supply store but I don’t know how much to take. How many carbs are in a 1/2 cup, cup, or how much for 100g carbs? 2)Anybody got tasty ways to drink this stuff? I got choc. and vanilla protein and fruit, but I’d like some help on putting it all together. Thanks in advance.

The ,altodextrin I have says 1/3 cup is 25 grams! I just add some to my Grow! for my post workout shake along with some creatine and enjoy!!
