Post Work Out Carbs

JB says that you should eat all of you carbs for the day in the six hours after your work out, and then eat P+F meals the rest of the day. Would I have to change this if I worked out 2 times a day? Usually when I work out 2x a day my meals look like this. I have a P+F, go to PT, PWO drink, PWO meal 2, Lunch (chicken and WW pasta), P+F, P+F, DWO drink (during work out drink) PWO drink, PWO meal 2.

For breakfast I would reccomend a P+C meal as well.
