I currently have long routines (2.5+ hours, including stretching, 4x week). I normally take BCAAs during the routine and immediately after consume about 70g carbs and 40g protein in mostly shake form.
Sometimes I walk after my workout for 40-45 minutes, 3.5-4 mph, 4-5 incline. I am on a cut and supposedly the walking is good for fat loss.
For convenience, I have been taking my post WO nutrition after the walking. Should I be taking it before the walk to fit into the "anabolic window," or whatever it's called, to retain/gain muscle? Would this defeat the purpose of walking post-WO, supposedly when glycogen is low?
