Post Training Nutrition??

Hey guys

i am bulking at the moment and i was wondering if anyone can help, i usually fit in 2 meals jus before i go to sleep after my workout not including my biotest surge. Does it matter whether the carbs i take in are of a High or low GI index.

i usually have a couple of mass shakes at around 8.3o and 11 pm. the mass shaked don’t contain sugar

I would rather go for some type of whole food before bed and usually try to make it a P+F meal. thats my personal preference.
the mass shakes you are having may have no sugar but that dosent mean they are not high GI meals. what are the ingredients? a mass shakes is usualy ok for the 2nd PW meal, but nothing beats a big ol steak before bed…
