Post TBT Training

I’m just finishing up the TBT training and thought it was an awesome program. Took longer than 8 weeks due to fatigue and travel but posted great strength gains while on a clean work week diet (semi restrictive)…

Anyways, I wanted to know of a recommendation for a new program. My goal is to take my bf % from 10.5 to 8 or 9.


Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed TBT. Since your body is accustomed to 3x/week total-body training, you could perform my Triple Total Training routine for fat loss, but it can be pretty demanding so you must have the nutritional variables and post-workout feedings in strict order.

Also, you could perform Shug’s Velocity Diet since his training program has some of my variables added in. Or if that’s too strict, follow the T-Dawg 2.0 eating plan.
