My wife is having a baby in early April, and we’re trying to determine what her post pregnancy diet should be like, to optimize her losing the baby weight. She will be breast feeding. She had started lifting with me before getting pregnant, so she is still a novice, and should be able gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. What kind of macro breakdown would be ideal for fat loss, but still keeping the needed nutrients for breast milk production?
